Success Stories
The leaders of Triangle Executive Collaborative each run their own independent businesses, but we have a proven methodology for collaborating when our clients need more expertise than just one of us can bring.
Combining Growth Marketing and Human Resources Leadership to Support an Expanding Company
One of our fractional leaders was working with a rapidly growing company in the healthcare ecommerce space, helping them build a strategy to continue that growth. She observed that the company was growing their revenue faster than they could build out an infrastructure to support the business, exposing them to risk and operational missteps.
That leader introduced the company to another TEC member with expertise in building human resources systems for growing companies. She helped them create job descriptions, standardize pay scales, and build compliance protocols to mitigate risk and support their future growth.
Working with TEC leaders allowed the company to meet its goals without making the financial commitment of full-time Marketing and HR leaders before their revenue supported it. With the structures our team helped put in place, the company was able to continue its impressive growth, limiting its risk exposure and ultimately accomplishing the successful transaction it had been working toward.
Bringing Seamless Collaboration Between Fractional CIO and CMO to Drive Revenue Growth
A TEC executive was working as a fractional Chief Information Officer and advisor to the CEO of a software as a service (SaaS) company. The company had seen dramatic early growth, but they were struggling to maintain that growth without a sales strategy and a growth strategy.
This leader brought in one of TEC’s marketing leaders as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to build a plan for continued growth. To help the company scale, this leader worked with the company to build out an ideal customer profile and implemented a customer relationship management solution. The fractional CIO and CMO from TEC collaborated to build a key performance indicator (KPI) dashboard that the CEO used for decision-making.
Engaging with TEC leaders gave the company a financially responsible way to hit all their revenue targets. The CEO won a national leadership award, and the company grew enough to onboard a full-time CMO.
